Mediclinic Otjiwarongo is pleased to announce a number of improvements happening at the hospital to improve each of our patient’s experience. As a community hospital, we understand that you are reliant on our local expertise to ensure the best care for you and your family.
“Our most recent improvement is the installation of paving to facilitate easy access the hospital’s Emergency Centre. We have also laid out paving between the hospital entrance and after hours entrance to ensure that patients and visitors can walk with ease from the one entrance to the other,” explains Isabel Heigan, Hospital General Manager of Mediclinic Otjiwarongo.
Our team is continuously striving to improve the facilities and ensure that each of our patients has a comfortable stay with us. We are currently developing new menus so that our patients will soon be given a choice of meals per mealtime.
Later in the year, our hospital will also benefit from an upgrade in theatre, improving our patient safety further and making the environment more welcoming for our admitting GPs and visiting specialists. We trust that our community will benefit greatly from these investments.
