The Mother Baby Collaborative (MBC) is a Clinical Risk Management product developed by a multi-disciplinary team in consultation with a group of obstetricians practising in our hospitals.

 

The MBC consists of two components:

  1. Clinical Risk Management
  2. Clinical Governance

These 2 components are underpinned and supported by 4 elements:

  1. Clinical Guidelines,
  2. Outcome Measurement,
  3. Reporting, and
  4. Collaborative Meetings.
