Centre for Proteomic and Genomic Research is our key partner laboratory based in Cape Town, South Africa. The CPGR is a non-profit organisation providing state-of-the-art services in genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, routine testing, training and bespoke project solutions. CPGR is an all-encompassing ecosystem that nurtures and drives Omics research and life science innovation in Africa. The CPGR was formed in 2006 from an initiative by the South African Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) and continuously works to drive South Africa’s effort to become one of the leading bio-economies in the world. CPGR has ISO 9001:2015 certification.
